The site accepts enquiries and optional newsletter subscriptions. Analytics and advertising measurement operate only with the choices described below. Cloudflare and other hosting/network providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
Enquiry form
Your name, email, phone number, company and website, selected topic and budget range, message, language and consent are stored as an enquiry. A receipt date and reference are added. We use the details to assess your request and contact you. Only the site owner can access the enquiry list.
Career application
Your name, email, phone number, area of interest, experience level, CV or LinkedIn link, message, language and consent are stored to review your application and contact you. A receipt date and reference are added. Applications are kept in the existing form records, notified to the Monz team by email and transferred to a private Google Sheets spreadsheet.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
You can choose Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn separately. All start disabled. Page views and successfully saved commercial enquiries are sent only to the providers you permit. Careers enquiries and newsletter registrations are not advertising conversions. Opening the calendar is an analytics-only interaction, not a completed booking.
Measurement data
Data may include the page address without its query, event time, a random or record-specific opaque event ID, language and selected service topic. A permitted advertising provider’s click/browser identifier may be used for matching. For Google Ads, a separate address is reconstructed only from validated gclid, gbraid and wbraid values. Names, email, phone, company, budget and form messages are not copied into measurement tags. Automatic form collection, enhanced matching and advertising personalization are disabled.
Providers and retention
Requests pass through metrics.mon-z.com to Google Tag Manager running on Railway, then to your selected Google, Meta or LinkedIn service. Network communication includes IP and browser information; the Google Ads test masked the last part of the IP address. Providers may process data outside Türkiye. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days; the application’s permitted advertising identifiers for up to 30 days. Google Ads FPGCLAW/FPAU cookies may last 90 days; Google Analytics cookies default to up to two years. Browsers may shorten these periods.
Changing your choice
Use measurement preferences in the footer to disable any provider. Withdrawal clears the relevant local identifiers and measurement cookies accessible to this site and stops new measurement. Previously delivered events are not automatically deleted. Consent to send an enquiry is separate from advertising measurement consent.
Newsletter
When you subscribe, we store your email address, language, registration date and subscription consent. Email hello@mon-z.com to unsubscribe or ask for your record to be deleted.
Site performance
Cloudflare collects technical measurements about page loading and visit performance. Information entered into form fields is not part of this performance measurement.
Direct contact
Details shared by email or phone are used to reply, assess a potential engagement and keep necessary business correspondence. Do not send passwords or confidential access credentials in an initial enquiry.
Booking calendar
The calendar loads from Monz’s Cal.com service only when you choose to open it. It may process technical request data and the booking details you provide to arrange and manage the conversation.
Security and your requests
Request limits protect the forms; a one-way summary of technical request information and an hourly request counter are used for this purpose. Email hello@mon-z.com to ask about information linked to your enquiry or booking, request corrections or ask for deletion of data that no longer needs to be retained.
