AI Visibility (GEO): be the brand ChatGPT recommends
Your customers now ask AI. Is your brand in the answer? We measure it and improve it. The questions customers use to compare options do not always match the message a brand wants to communicate. We begin by understanding that gap in real answers.

Where we begin
Sound familiar?
Can you answer that with data today? We report the questions in which your brand appears and how it is described.
We review the sources used in competitor recommendations and identify content and source opportunities for your brand.
We examine queries with AI summaries alongside page performance and improve content that could be useful as a cited source.
Our corporate GEO training gives your team a practical framework for measurement and delivery.

Scope of the work
How we solve it
Establish where you stand
We build a set of real customer questions and record brand mentions, citations and competitor visibility across the relevant platforms. We explain why each question belongs in the measurement set. This avoids an assessment built around one favourable answer or questions that already contain your brand name.
Choose the questions that matter
We group questions by topic and customer profile, then build the content plan around those needs. Research, product comparison and service selection questions are considered separately. Each group makes it clearer which information on your site should help answer the need.
Make your brand easy to understand
Who you are, what you offer and whom you serve should be consistent on your site and elsewhere. We review content, technical access and structured data together. When a product name, service scope or description of expertise differs across sources, we make those differences visible so content owners can work from consistent information.
Strengthen your presence beyond the site
We review how industry publications, forums and directories describe your brand, then plan work to address inconsistencies and relevant source opportunities. Sources serve different purposes. We assess their relevance to your brand and the currency of the information, separating addressable inaccuracies from broader observations about visibility.
Measure the same questions each month
Your report shows which page was cited, for which question and on which platform. We track visibility separately from the visits and conversions that can be attributed to it. Reports acknowledge the variability of answers. A brand mention, a source citation and a website visit are different signals, and we do not present them as equivalent outcomes.
Ranking on Google isn’t the same as being recommended by ChatGPT. GEO builds on SEO; the two work together.
A plan becomes practice
How we work
Build the question set
We agree audiences, languages and markets, then create a comparable set of real customer questions.
Record the baseline
We capture brand descriptions, citations and competitor visibility, keeping the platform and date with every observation.
Improve content and access
We map questions to pages and assign tasks covering content, technical access and consistent brand information.
Measure again
We repeat the questions and explain the changes, completed work and next priorities in the monthly report.

What is GEO?
Generative Engine Optimization is the work of making your brand accurately represented and cited in AI answers. It brings together content, technical foundations and the way your brand is described across the web. The scope is shaped by what your audience needs to know when making a decision, as well as the platforms they use.

Evidence: repeated questions and recorded answers
A single screenshot is not a result. We record questions, dates, platforms, brand mentions and cited sources, then compare changes against that record. Recorded examples let your team inspect what is being compared before and after a content or technical change.

Questions & answers
Questions, answered
Can GEO be measured?+
Yes. We create an industry-specific question set and repeat it each month. Recording platforms, dates and sources allows us to compare changes in visibility.
How is GEO different from SEO?+
SEO aims to make you visible in search results. GEO aims to have your brand accurately represented and cited in AI answers. They work together.
Do we need GEO if we already invest in SEO?+
SEO provides a strong foundation. Search rankings and recommendations in AI answers are different measurements, so we assess the opportunity before deciding the scope.
Which platforms are covered?+
We focus on the platforms your audience uses, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. The priority of Claude, Microsoft Copilot and other platforms is agreed within the scope.
When will we see results?+
The effect of technical and content improvements may start to become measurable in 4-8 weeks, with more sustained change emerging over 3-6 months. These are expectations, not guarantees; your starting point, delivery speed and platform changes affect timing.
Is it relevant to our industry?+
If customers ask AI questions before deciding, there is something worth measuring. We review the real questions in your sector and your business goals before setting priorities.
Is content production included?+
You can start with strategy, audit and measurement, or include content and technical delivery in the scope. We can also work with your existing content team.
How does measurement stay useful when models change?+
We record the platform, date and questions behind each measurement. We work on clear brand information, credible sources and technical access, while discussing platform changes separately in the report.
Can our team learn to do this?+
Yes. Our AI Visibility & GEO corporate training uses your own site and industry. Your team learns to measure visibility, interpret the findings and prepare an action list.
Should we run GEO in-house?+
Both approaches are possible. We can develop the audit and strategy with you while your team implements, or agree a broader consultancy scope.
Is this just a passing trend?+
We start with customer questions and your current visibility rather than a prediction about trends. The value of the work depends on usage in your sector and its connection to your business goals.
How is the service priced?+
A one-off audit and ongoing measurement with delivery are different scopes. We prepare a proposal based on platforms, markets, content needs and technical implementation.
Is there a minimum contract term?+
Duration, deliverables and review points are set out in the proposal. We plan enough time for useful comparisons and agree the terms before starting.
